Before checking out please read below. By clicking to move forward you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
· You have verified the theatre location selected and it is correct.
· To be eligible for a refund you must go to the selected location of purchase, a minimum of 2 hours before purchased show time and request a refund. All refunds will be minus the transaction fee(s).
· No Cash refund on Credit/Debit Card purchases. Refund amount must be applied back to the same card used at purchase, minus any non-refundable transaction fee(s). If the initial card cannot be produced, the refund may take up to 14 business days to process.
· Any Tickets/Seats not claimed by Show Time will be reclaimed by Xscape Theatres for resale.
· Xscape Theatres supports and enforces the MPA (Motion Picture Association) rating system. For R-rated films, guests under age 17 require an accompanying parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older). Valid proof of ID may be requested at the theatre for any tickets purchased online.
· Your purchase guarantees your seats, not their location in the auditorium. Management reserves the right to assign you seats when warranted. We suggest arriving at a minimum of 30 minutes before showtime.
· An email confirmation is being sent to you. Please re-verify your email address is correct. If you do not receive the email in your inbox please check your spam/junk and deleted folders. Also, please add orders@xscapetheatres.com to your address book.
· If you are purchasing tickets on a phone or computer where you are unable to print the confirmation page after the purchase is final you can also present the credit card you purchased the tickets with, the confirmation #, or the email address you put in this website at the theatre box office or kiosk.
