GENERAL SUMMARY:
Xscape Theatres is hiring Theatre Managers for our location in Cincinnati, OH! Do you have theatre, restaurant, retail management, or guest services experience? If so, you might be the perfect fit for this role. We are looking for people to join our team that are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office. You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and must be passionate, accepting of change, and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company. This position will pay $11.00 - $13.00 per hour based on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Implement and follow company standard operating procedures including; maintenance, cleaning & maintaining a safe environment
Ensure guest service needs are met, adequate staffing and training of all staff members
Create employee schedule that balances financial feasibility and ensures guest satisfaction
Provide direction, coaching, and leadership for all employees
Serve alcohol (certain locations only)
Open availability and available to work holidays and additional hours when needed
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required
Some college preferred
1 -2 years Management experience preferred
Food Handler card a plus
COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
Ability to navigate Point-Of-Sale system preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
