JOB TITLE:          Theatre Floor Staff

REPORTS TO:     Theatre General Manager & Theatre Manager

FLSA STATUS:    Part-time, Non-Exempt

LOCATION:         Riverview, FL



Xscape Theatres is open for business, and we are looking for Theatre Floor Staff to join our team in Riverview, FL! Our focus is delivering fast, friendly, superior guest services to our customers. We are looking for people to join our team that are highly motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and not afraid to work hard. You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and must be passionate and accepting of change. We offer competitive compensation, free movies, and an environment that encourages teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration. This position will pay $8.65 per hour.



The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Follow company standard operating procedures including maintenance, cleaning & maintaining a safe environment
  • Ensure guest service needs are met in a professional manner
  • Work effectively with management, supervisors, and co-workers
  • Meet sales expectations through Xscape’s Movie Rewards Card programs, gift cards, upselling, and merchandising
  • Ability to operate the point-of-sale terminal, concession equipment, and Assisted Moviegoing Equipment (ADA Equipment)
  • Ensure the security of all cash, receipts, and tickets
  • Monitor auditoriums for picture & sound quality, temperature, lighting levels, guest behavior, and film piracy
  • Enforce and uphold the MPA Movie Rating System regarding ID checking policy
  • Enforce and uphold Xscape Theatres “zero tolerance” and code-of-conduct policies
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends is required
  • Other duties as assigned
